Fraudulent or unlawful activity
Non-payment
Abuse or misuse of Services
OROSK Network Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding thirty (30) days.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OROSK Network Private Limited from and against any claims, losses, damages, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website, App, or Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, India.

Upon receiving a valid request, we will deactivate or delete the account within a reasonable time, typically within thirty (30) days.
