First of all you have to find out a article from any good website. After find the website you need to check it’s PR (Page Rank). The PR is counted from 10 to 0. Usually, a standard and excellent website PR is 10 to 5. For example, Google PR is 10, DMOZ PR is 7 and several PR of several websites like this. To check the PR rank of any website, you can find out several PR search engine websites in Google, Bing, Yandex etc. After find out the great PR of website, check out it’s content quality. If the content of quality is good and the article that you want to write in Wikipedia is related with the content of website, then no one (Wikipedia senior editors who approve the article) can reject your article. Remember, please do not write article in Wikipedia same as the website content, then they will remove this type of articles due to copyright content.
